Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Index Trailcore programs confirmed by invoice. Website browsing and informational pricing pages are free and not refundable items.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date. Requests inside 14 days may qualify for a partial refund as described below.

Full refunds

If Index Trailcore cancels a cohort, you receive a full refund or a free transfer to a later date at your choice. If you cancel 14 or more days before start and have not downloaded restricted material packs, you receive a full refund of tuition paid.

Partial refunds

Cancellations between 13 and 3 days before start may receive 50% of tuition. After a cohort begins, refunds are generally unavailable except where required by law or where Index Trailcore determines a delivery failure occurred.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees (if any), custom Signal Lab discovery days already delivered, and courier costs for printed materials are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@index-trailcore.digital with your invoice number, full name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and state the eligible amount.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 15 business days after approval. Bank transfer timelines may vary by institution.

Cancellation by Index Trailcore

We may cancel or reschedule for instructor illness, venue issues, or insufficient enrollment. You may transfer or receive a full refund.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government travel restrictions may be considered for alternative remedies outside the standard schedule at our discretion.
